حلام ورؤى واستوديو# . من عقد كامل بالضبط، أضيف إلي مسئولياتي الأكاديمية والبحثية، مهمة حديدة وهي أن أكون #مستشارا للبحوث والتطوير وبناء القدرات في قطاع #التخطيط #العمراني في دولة قطر. هذا القطاع الذي كان محملا بمسئوليات نوعية وخاصة بعد فوز قطر بإستضافة #كأس #العالم ٢٠٢٢. وفقني الله في إحداث تغير نوعي وخاصة بالنسبة لشباب #المعماريين و #العمرانيين والمخططين وقدمت لهم العديد من الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة التي تفسر تحولات العمارة والعمران في العالم وقدت مجموعات من الورش الفنية التصميمية ودربتهم وشجعتهم على المشاركة في المؤتمرات العالمية والتقدم للمسابقات وطرح افكارهم. كل هذا لم يشبعني، فقد كان عندي حلم يرتكز على إيماني ان البيئة المكانية لها أكبر التأثير على القدرات الابداعية للانسان وإلهامه وتحفيزه. لذلك بلورت رؤية لخلق #ملتقى #ابداعي #معرفي وقدمت تصوري للقيادات العليا، فلم أجد منهم إلا كل التشجيع والدعم . بدأت رحلة تصميمية تشاورية ثم الاشراف على التنفيذ ومن أيام تم إفتتاح الاستوديو من قبل الدكتور وزير البلدية والتخطيط العمراني. #Dreams, #visions, and a #studio . Form exactly a decade, a new mission was added to my academic and research responsibilities. A mission of being a senior #advisor and #consultant for #research , #development , and capacity building in #Qatar's #urbanplanning sector. This sector, which was loaded with qualitative responsibilities, especially after Qatar won the bid to host the 2022 World Cup. . Thanks God, I was able to bring about a qualitative change, especially for young architects, urbanists, and planners, and I provided them with many specialized training courses that explain the transformations of architecture and urbanism in the world, and I led groups of #design #workshops, trained and encouraged them to participate in international #conferences , apply for competitions and put forward their ideas. . All this did not satisfy me, as I had a dream based on my belief that the spatial environment has the greatest impact on the creative abilities of human, his/her inspiration and motivation. . Therefore, I crystallized a vision to create a #creative #knowledge forum/hub and presented my vision to the senior leaders, and I found nothing but encouragement and support. A design journey began, then supervising the implementation, and just days ago, the studio was opened by the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning.
